Field Engineer (Robot Deployment Engineer)
About the role
This role delivers Muso-roid to real sites. From data quality through model improvement at joint trials, to building deployment and operations playbooks — you own the front line of real-world adoption.
Responsibilities
- Raise the volume and quality of data collection (camera/joint data capture, pipeline improvements, coordinating a small team)
- Improve models at joint trials and customer sites (run trained policies, collect additional data, isolate issues across hardware/software/models)
- Build operational documentation (deployment guides, operation manuals, training materials)

Required
- Hands-on deployment, installation, or maintenance experience with robots, industrial machinery, or IoT devices
- Autonomous problem-solving and communication at customer sites
- Able to travel domestically
Nice to have
- Industrial robot deployment experience
- Scripting and configuration in Python or similar
- First-line triage of robot troubles
- Process improvement or automation in logistics, manufacturing, or retail
- Requirements definition, trial design, and project management

Employment & salary
- Employment: full-time
- Salary: ¥6M–¥12M (depending on experience and skills)
- Discretionary labor system for specialized work
