Robotics Engineer
About the role
This role builds the “body control” of Muso-roid. You own the full software stack that makes robots move safely and fast on site — control, planning, perception, and more.
Responsibilities
- Develop the full robotics software stack (control, planning, perception, etc.)
- Select and design robot hardware and peripheral equipment
- Develop control technology for using physical AI safely and at speed

Required
- Development experience in at least one of: robot control, planning, or perception
- Development experience in Python and C++
- Development experience on Linux
- Experience developing with AI coding tools
Nice to have
- Force / compliant control implementation
- Control of complex grippers such as five-fingered hands
- Motion generation for manipulators
- 2D or 3D image processing
- Machine-learning experience
- Offline teaching and simulation
- Understanding of functional safety
- Industrial robots, PLCs, and industrial machinery

Employment & salary
- Employment: full-time
- Salary: ¥8M–¥20M (depending on experience and skills)
- Discretionary labor system for specialized work
